Returns & Exchanges

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING SALE PROMOTIONS (BOGO, BLACK NOVEMBER, SPRING CLEAN, etc) are FINAL SALE.  NO REFUNDS ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES ON VINTAGE ITEMS.  ALL VINTAGE IS FINAL SALE.  EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SAME ITEM IN DIFFERENT SIZE AS LONG AS ITEM IS IN STOCK (EXCLUDING VINTAGE).

Once your request has been received we will review and approve or deny (depending on eligibility) and you will be emailed instructions on how to proceed. RETURNS

Full price items purchased at UNIF are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 5 days of delivery of the item to the customer.  Items MUST BE UNWORN, unwashed, with all original tags attached in order to be refunded. If we deem that the item has been worn, NO REFUND will be issued and you will be responsible for shipping cost if you want the item returned to you.  All refunds are subject to our discretion and the final decision to issue or not issue a refund will be ours (UNIF).  To request a return label, please use our returns portal https://www.unifclothing.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login

THE ITEM/ITEMS MUST BE IN TRANSIT BACK TO US NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE A RETURN LABEL.  Failure to ship the item/items within that time window could result in a denial of your Return or Exchange.

It is possible that the "actual cost" label fee will be deducted from your total refund amount when using the return label provided.  Any refunds totaling $500 or more are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.

Please note that we DO NOT cover shipping for size or style returns and the shipping cost will be paid by you to return the item.

For hygienic reasons, sunglasses, socks, hats, underwear and swimsuit bottoms cannot be returned.

All shoes must be returned with shoebox in its original condition with no postage labels attached. A box replacement fee of $10 will be deducted from any returns not meeting these requirements.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to make an exchange, please use the link above.  If your item is final sale please contact help@unifclothing.com as the portal does not work with final sale items.  Exchange request must be made within 5 days of delivery of item to the customer.   Please note that we DO NOT cover shipping for size or style exchanges and the shipping cost will be paid by you to make these changes.

DAMAGES/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately at help@unifclothing.com so we can rectify the issue.  

Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of being received. It may take up to 5 business days for credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
