01. Ordering

Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrectly priced item, insufficient stock, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please note that UNIF Clothing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not your credit card has been charged.

If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, UNIF Clothing shall issue a refund to your credit card account for the amount you paid. UNIF cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order.

If an item is unavailable, the UNIF Customer Service team will notify you in a timely manner.

UNIF reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time. UNIF will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur.

UNIF reserves the right to cancel any order prior to shipping, should we find an error in pricing.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit card payments as well as PayPal payments.

We do not accept personal checks, first-born children, money orders, drugs, direct bank transfers, pugs or selfies.

03. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package all the way to your door (hehe, track your package).

All orders are shipped within 48 hours on weekdays. We are closed on weekends.

Tracking numbers are updated when shipments are picked up at the end of the day. If you have not received an email with a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, feel free to contact us.

Domestic Shipments

All orders over $250 will require a signature upon delivery.

UPS Ground – $4.95 – Free for orders over $75.00
Delivery is by UPS Ground, and delivery time is between 1-5 business days (California and most western states receive within 1-3 business days). Orders placed to PO Boxes, Military Bases, and U.S. Territories will be shipped via USPS priority mail.

UPS 2nd Day Air – $15.00
UPS 2nd Day Air is guaranteed to be received within 2 business days if the order is placed no later than 9am PST.

Same-day Shipping with Postmates
If your shipping address is in the Los Angeles area, you will see an option for Same-Day Delivery at checkout. Same-Day Delivery is only available for orders placed between 9am and 4pm PST. The shipping rate is determined at checkout and is based on the distance between our warehouse and your shipping address. You will be notified via text message when your order is on its way, and you will be able to track the status of your delivery in real-time. All same-day orders will require signature upon delivery.

If your order is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and your order will be refunded, less any return shipping costs.

In the event that your same-day pickup is canceled by Postmates, your shipping charge will automatically be refunded to you and we will ship your order with UPS Ground, which generally arrives in 1-2 business days. If this does not work for you, please contact us to cancel your order.

International Shipments


If you refuse your shipment or are unable to retrieve your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import feels, duties or taxes that are incurred, and the cost of the returning the package to UNIF. The amount will be deducted from your refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of your order, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

04. Returns & Exchanges

All items purchased during the end of summer sale promotion are eligible for exchange or store credit only.  No refunds on discounted items.

Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of being received. It may take up to 5 business days for credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

To request a return, use this form. Once your request has been received we will review and approve or deny (depending on eligibility) and you will be emailed instructions on how to proceed.


Full price items purchased at UNIF are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are eligible for store credit ONLY, and must be received by UNIF within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in order to be refunded. To request a return label, please use the form at the bottom of this page.

An $8.00 label fee will be deducted from all returns for refund that use the return label provided. Any refunds totaling $500 or more are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.

Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. For hygienic reasons, sunglasses, socks, hats, underwear and swimsuit bottoms cannot be returned.

All shoes must be returned with shoebox in its original condition with no postage labels attached. A box replacement fee of $10 will be deducted from any returns not meeting these requirements.


If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend that you place a new order for the size that you need, as we cannot place any items on hold.

Request a refund for your original order by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. Put your new order number in the “Customer Notes” field. For domestic returns, we will email you a prepaid UPS return label within 24 hours of your request. For international returns, ship your order to the address provided in the email you receive. Once we have received your return, we will issue a full refund for your original order.

Damages & Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately.

UNIF will provide a free exchange or full refund for defective items when notified within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
