Help – Returns & Exchanges
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, it can take up to 10 business days for it to be processed. It may take an additional 5 business days for credit card or PayPal refunds to post back to your account. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Click the link below to start your return.
If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us instead of requesting a return.
Full price items purchased at UNIF are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are eligible for store credit or size exchange ONLY, and must be received by UNIF within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in order to be refunded.
We will provide a pre-paid FedEx return label for domestic returns that are requested within 30 days of purchase. A label fee will be deducted from all returns for refund that use the return label provided. All returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Any return labels that have not been used within 2 weeks of being issued will be voided and no longer usable.
All international returns must be posted back to us at the customer's expense. Unfortunately, we are not able to create international return labels at this time.
Any refunds totaling $500 or more are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Items purchased on sale with any additional discounts are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
For hygienic reasons, sunglasses, socks, hats, underwear and swimsuit bottoms cannot be returned.
All shoes must be returned with shoebox in its original condition with no postage labels attached. A box replacement fee of $10 will be deducted from any returns not meeting these requirements.
If you would like to make an exchange, please follow the link below and select the "Exchange" option. We can only process exchanges for a different size of the same item. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please select the Gift Card option when requesting your return.
We cannot place items on hold for exchanges. If we do not have the item requested in stock when we receive your return, we will issue store credit in the form of a gift card. If you would like to place a new order for the item you need instead of waiting for your return to be received, please select the Refund or Store Credit option when requesting your return.
Damages & Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately.
UNIF will provide a free exchange or full refund for defective items when notified within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
