How can I change/cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes/cancellations please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed to our warehouse/shipped we can cancel your order and or make any sizes and address adjustments. Please note once processed to our warehouse we can no longer cancel/make any changes to your order. Cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Full price items purchased at UNIF are eligible for a full refund, size exchange, or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are eligible for store credit or size exchange ONLY, and must be received by UNIF within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us at Help@unifclothing so that we can assist you.

When will my order be shipped?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24-48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. Please note that our office/warehouse is closed Friday-Weekends and are currently shipping Mondays,Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Expedited delivery options will be prioritized.

Duties and taxes that are charged upon arrival in the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and the prices are completely up to the customs agency in the receiver's country. This is stated on our Customer Service page as well as in the Terms & Conditions agreed to at checkout.

Standard International orders will be shipped and delivered via your local post. You may track your order at:

Once tracking has updated you will see a local tracking number that you will be able to use to track this package via your local post. Please note that International standard shipping will be delivered to your local post office for pick up.

Why is UNIF so “expensive”?
Why is UNIF so “expensive”?
This is a great question, and no we don’t mind you asking at all. A little insight into our business is that we are much smaller than you think. We are a team of less than 20 employees from top to bottom and pride ourselves on providing a living wage throughout our entire supply chain from the family-owned factories that we have worked with for over a decade, to our in-house warehouse and fulfillment team, to our design team and beyond. Along with that we are always striving to produce our products in limited quantities to cut down on waste and also to be able to use materials that are not harmful to you or the environment. Long story short, there are a lot of shortcuts that a business can take to juice profits out of it’s customers and staff but we are a family-owned and operated business of over 15 years and charge the very least we can in order to provide you with a product that you and we can be proud of.
